The secret of quality

Gasperotti has its own laboratory, developed to perform tests on its prototypes and products. The equipment designed and built includes rooms for the testing of acoustics, heat conductivity, mechanical resistance (number of cycles), etc.

The outstanding performance of the Gasperotti products results from the several tests carried out on individual components, on installation methods and resistance with regard to different types of walls, and applies to every single door and every single component.


Durability, value over time

The durability of a door is an intrinsic value that is difficult to determine but should be evaluated before buying according to your individual needs.

To estimate the durability of its doors, Gasperotti has designed and built systems and equipment that, by subjecting the door to an ongoing series of opening and closing cycles, can verify how the product responds to stress or, rather, for how long the door can maintain functionality before requiring  maintenance.

Certifications obtained

Gasperotti is very careful to acknowledge EC regulations and was the first Italian company to pass tests according to regulations UNI 9569/89 and CNVVF/CCI/UNI 9723.

The quality standards of Gasperotti are also recognized by SCCQ certification (Safety & Quality Certified & Controlled), now required for European products.

A CasaClima house is characterised by a high level of thermal insulation and a compact structure.
The sun and its heat are part of the building concept in a CasaClima house; the solar energy is conserved thanks mainly to insulating windows that attract light inside yet don’t allow heat to escape. Where it is possible, thermal bridges should be avoided. CasaClima houses are also distinguished by their strong design, accurately planned to offer maximum comfort. Fortified doors, a fundamental element of a CasaClima project, must have the following characteristics:
